Social innovator and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience generating impact in the public, private, and social sectors.
He is the Director of Dreamers & Makers, the R&D leadership accelerator that empowers young social innovators to transform their communities and scale their impact.
He has served as Presidential Advisor to the President of Colombia and Director of Public and Corporate Affairs at FENALCO.
Juan Sebastián is a lawyer with a master’s degree in Economic Law and an Executive Program in Social Innovation Design from the University of Pennsylvania.

She is a social communicator and journalist, with an emphasis on political communication and economic journalism, and holds a diploma in Digital Marketing from the University of La Sabana. She has worked as a director of marketing and digital communications, and has led Afro-descendant projects.


Nicolás Galeano

Photographer, producer and audiovisual director
With over 30 years of experience y audiovisual communications management, with an emphasis on documentary photography and advertising. Was the audiovisual director during Ivan Duque’s presidential campaign. Lead the audiovisual team at the Colombian Presidency between 2018 and 2022, where he registered a significant chapter of Colombian history, challenged by the Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting complex social and economic situation, among others. His photographs make part of the institutional archives and may be found in a number of publications.
